As of October 26, 2015 Oak Run was 95% occupied and 98% leased, Creekbend was 75% occupied and 81% leased, and Wyndham was 88% occupied and 91% leased. Management allowed the attrition at the property to drop so vacant units can be upgraded swiftly and expeditiously.
The following capital improvements were implemented since the last update:
Interior upgrades were completed on 27 vacant units between the 3 properties. Renovations will begin on occupied units the first week of November.
LED lights were piloted in Creekbend and will be installed throughout the rest of the property.
The model unit at Wyndham Ridge has been completed.
Upgrades for remaining units are scheduled for completion over the upcoming months.
