After successfully closing on the property at 1380 Garnet the building has been completely gutted, cleaned, and prepped for improvement construction. Garnet is approximately 30 days from getting construction permits to improve the property. Construction of improvements should commence by mid-November which allows us to meet our original schedule and position 1380 to deliver finished spaces to the tenant(s) for March 1st occupancy. We are comfortable that we will land good tenant(s) for our building and meet or exceed the projected rents during the coming weeks.
