Watermark on Main Street continues to progress on time and on budget. Management has signed 81 leases to date and there are currently 37 occupied units.
Since the last update, building two has been turned over to management and building four is scheduled to be turned over this week. Building three is nearing completion and
Watermark is scheduled to walk this building first week of December 2015. Finishes are going in buildings five and six. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing finishes are underway in buildings seven and eight. Building nine is being painted.
