First Quarter 2016 Update
Frankfort Plaza SC LLC , a Series 2 Investment shopping center is 92% leased. Pete Mitchells Restaurant has renewed the lease on their 1,331 square foot expansion space through July 2018 which is co-terminous with the primary 4,093 square feet. New Horizon’s (chiropractor) lease expires in December at which time they will exercise their 5-year option to renew. The real estate manager has recently shown the remaining 1,871 square foot vacant store front to a breakfast/lunch café and the property manager is awaiting their decision.
New "extra bright" window signage will be installed in the unit this week, and a rider is being added to the corner marketing sign for the outlot. Another mass emailing and direct mail piece will be mailed to over 1,100 local business owners.
