JSQ Multifamily 2 Vanterra a Series 2 Investment, is a ground up multifamily development located south of Denver in Parker, CO. The 306-unit project commenced construction in April 2014 with first units delivered in October 2015.
Leasing started in late August and to date has exceeded expectations. The property is now 47% leased, 37% occupied and leasing velocity at Vanterra has been higher than at nearby comparable properties.
