The Property Manager provided the following update on HM Columbus, LLC a Growth Series investment:
Interior upgrades have been completed on 302 units (94%) of the units in the portfolio. Management allowed attrition at the property to drop so vacant units can be upgraded swiftly and expeditiously.
Expect last 20 units to complete interior renovation by end of April 2016.
Upgrade curb appeal with new landscaping and lighted signage.
Deliver washers & dryers to units with connections.
Asphalt pavement road work.
Build a maintenance shed at Oak Run.
Garage doors repair/replacement at Creekbend.
The Creekbend Apartments: a 64-unit multi-family apartment complex - 97% leased, 88% occupied
100% (64 units) interior upgrades are finished; installation of exterior LED lighting completed.
The Oak Run Apartments: a 86-unit multi-family apartment complex - 99% leased, 98% occupied
100% (86 units) interior upgrades are completed. Installed pet waste stations, exterior LED lighting.
and office unit upgrades.
The Wyndham Ridge Apartments: a 172-unit multi-family apartment complex - 90% leased, 86% occupied
152 vacant units (88%) with interior upgrades are completed.
