An investment agreement has been finalized with Bain Capital Specialty Finance ("BCSF"), an Income Series Investment.
Bain intends to target diversified exposure across regions and sectors with a focus on middle market senior direct lending transactions - Senior Private Debt: First and Second Lien, Unitranche and Stretch Senior. BSCF's allocations to sectors are expected to be opportunistic, reflecting Bain's broad network and industry research capabilities - primarily sourced through approximately 400 private equity firms in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Bain Capital Credit has invested over $2.5 billion in senior direct lending transactions since 1999 and prides itself as flexible, disciplined investor that attracts other lenders seeking a partner.
