The total committed capital to this vertical is $39.8 million and the existing acquisition pipeline in this vertical exceeds $75 million.
Deep Blue Communications (hospitality) 60% equity stake
Deep Blue is a thought leader in designing, installing, managing and monetizing WiFi networks for hotels, retailers, and entertainment venues. The Portfolio Company is based in Latham, NY and employs 35 full time staff.
ITelagen (healthcare) 80% ownership, acquisition cost $9.25 million
ITelagen is redefining healthcare IT for small, medium and large physician groups by providing electronic health records (EHR) as part of an entire back-office solution. With ITelagen, medical practices have all the benefits of a fully-staffed IT Department, without the expense of an in-house staff.
Meta Healthcare (healthcare) 90% ownership, acquisition cost $25.79 million
For over 25 years Meta Healthcare has been providing IT solutions to healthcare facilities such as large healthcare enterprises, community hospitals and rural health facilities, behavioral health facilities, addiction treatment centers, surgical hospitals, forensic centers, and correctional facilities and offers fully integrated EHR system designed to manage the entire healthcare process.
The private equity manager previously acquired MDS Medical in this vertical for $4.79 million with an 80% ownership.
New Acquisition in the Automotive Portfolio
Ron Carter Auto Group (automotive) 75% ownership, acquisition cost $39 million
Ron Carter Auto Group's three dealerships have served the greater Houston market for over 17 years. The equity manager will use Ron Carter to establish a Texas acquisition pipeline in order to take advantage of the ability to add geographic diversification to the portfolio.
