A Signature Amenity for the Entire Community
The vision of our developer and the City of Fisher’s Mayor Scott Fadness is that “The Yard” will be a signature amenity for the entire Fishers community. Designed to be a one-of-a-kind gathering space, The Yard, located at the center of the project, will elevate activity with an open green-space venue for concerts, festivals, wine tastings and lively gatherings. Sun King Brewery, 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo, Havana Lounge, the Culinary Incubator and Bar Louie will border The Yard with outdoor seating, creating an energetic and social atmosphere for all visitors.
Culinary Incubator: “Creating a culinary identity in Fishers”
The City of Fishers’ “Culinary Incubator” will occupy approximately 3,000 square feet of space within the Sun King Brewery, allowing innovative chefs to introduce their menus to the public. The space will be leased and operated by the City of Fishers and is designed to afford a variety of opportunities to accelerate new restaurant, catering and other culinary entrepreneurial efforts within the City of Fishers, as well as the greater Indianapolis area. With this nod to culinary innovation along with the assembling of local signature restaurants, Fishers District is truly creating a culinary identity in Fishers.
